This exposure looks just about perfect. Did you use any of the selected scene settings on the camera?

@Curly: Hi Curly. I never use scene settings. I use aperture mode and I set my own ISO. Depending on what lense I use, I try to have the shutter speed atleast at focal lenght * 1.5. This is what will give me sharp images every time (I have been told). I also like to overexpose a bit (expose to the right) and then fix it with Elements. I think this gives me a clearer image and better colors.
