The statue of the old man

One of the most memorable things we did this summer was visiting the Vatican museum in Rome. Of course a mere 5-6 hours is way to short a time to see it all (it is so hughe that you really don't understand it before you are walking through it).

The picture is of a striking statue that I unfortunately don't have any more information about.. Any help would be appreciated!

Great shot!! We did spend about 4 hours in the Vatican musuem last week, unfortunately I dont remember seeing this statue.

@Sarito: I don't blame you.. That place was HUGE! We spent 6 hours there, and it almost felt like we where running through the place.
